U.S. Adds 80,000 New Jobs In October As Jobless Rate Falls To 9.0 Percent

If there were no one % the new 1% would be the govt. plus another 80% in terms of excluded public wealth. ie. China 490,000,00­0 of population in abject poverty while those in govt live in oppulence.
