The racial divide, that your article is trying to promote, is a result of a sub-societ­y that thinks government should be their salvation. Economics are fueled by a desire to succeed through education, hard work and innovative thinking and they are wasted when a people think they deserve to be taken care of, or their success is possible only by procreatio­n or criminal activity. Even the uneducated in these areas have good minds and physical abilities but have neglected to use aid as a hand out rather than a hand up. You can not blame all of the failure on racism.
