U.S. Only Added 54,000 Workers In May As Jobless Rate Rises

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

"The purpose of a bureaucracy is to successfully implement the actions of an organization of any size (but often associated with large entities such as government, corporations, and non-governmental organizations), in achieving its purpose and mission, and the bureaucracy is tasked to determine how it can achieve its purpose and mission with the greatest possible efficiency and at the least cost of any resources"

Patrick I appreciate what you are saying but disagree with the semantics. You are correct in assuming that I meant it in its lowest of forms. i.e. the establishment of layer upon layer of little people grasping at their moment of power. This is a normal and common definition of how most of us feel about bureaucracy. A system of controls, priorities and delegation of action to create a positive effect is not what I was referring too. The items that you are using as an example are not a bureaucracy they are components of infrastructure.
