AR2: Sorry to be so late in response to your question, and also I try not to use talking points and disparage the use of them in all discourse. Your points are Obamas blame in the economy, what caused the recession, my fascination with small mammals.
1.The recession was a result of a burst in the housing market which was a result of decreased loan qualification requirements which resulted in: a false based housing demand which forced institutions to provide weak loans that all prudent economic institutions had to shed. This led to fraudulent (in practice) sales bundling. A virtual house of cards, smoke and mirrors that started some twenty years ago in an effort to provide home ownership to unqualified segments of our society. A sympethetic and heart rendering action government jumped into without logical thought or perhaps with outright dishonesty. No blame for Bush as he attempted to rein in the practice to no avail. No blame for Obama as it was before his emergence.
