what rights are being stripped? You apparantly don't understand that voting for President or dog catcher in general requires legitimate residence. That is part of the constitution it states that you must be a legal citizen of the United States of America. Speaking of that: the Presidential Oath mandates that the President makes sure the laws of the country are upheld///////
