Hmmm,,,,,Does a professor of Constitutional Law have to have any understanding of how our Federalist Republic was set up in three separate and distinct divisions? When that professor is elected to be the President does that mean he no longer has to pay attention to that format as it was originally established? His statement, "Ultimately I am confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress", accents his arrogant attitude. This pile of paper was railroaded through in secret meetings, false promises and threats in a purely single party squeeker. Far from being a transparent, strong majority bill that was open to real discussion that would have been and should have been pursued. This abomination of American politics needs to be changed, hurry up November.
