Paul Krugman: Why Are Centrists Falling For Fiscal Flimflam And Joining The Cult Of Paul Ryan?

Looking at producing a Federal budget, as required by law on a annual basis, does not put Ryan in the box Krugman would like to see him. It does put him into the box of one earnestly wanting to salvage our country from total economic mal-function. Krugman attempts to paint Ryans’ budget as one that kills medicare, an out and out miss speak (some would say lie), and as one that promises pulling tax loopholes while intending to do nothing. It is not Ryans’ job or position to go through our tax code it is his job to present a budget, particularly in the absence of any effort in the demmy senate to do so.
