onal, and should be able to be paid for etc. There is no way to enforce a bill that contains so much "stuff" as is contained in the original. The goal of the bill, and I agree, is to create a system where everyone is taken care of medically. What was created instead was a bill that increased the size of bureauocra
cy, increased the size of the IRS, increased paperwork to the extent that any tree hugger should object to. The system we currently have is corrupt in the sense that it is scammed by so many providers and civilians both. Fraud is prevalent on all sides of the issue and that needs to be addressed and corrected. Fair market competitio
n accross state lines would be a move to lower costs. The simpler a piece of legislatio
n is the less likely litigation will occur thus cutting down costs. This thing needs to be out in the open discussion and non partisan.
