How Employers Weed Out Unemployed Job Applicants, Others, Behind The Scenes


Agree Jeb. I've never understood the HR position of hireing someone who shows disloyalty­, or inability to improve their curent position. In todays market the skillset that is available at discount prices would seem to be a better place for headhunter­s to expend their energy. To find that with 35 years of experience in a technical field that you are un-hireabl­e is a shock to anyones system that forces early retirement from the work force.
